| Whenever I click on that option, it opens up notepad with an error message as follows: The filename, directory name, or volume syntax is incorrect. The only changes to my system that I can think of is a defrag, I did a few days ago. Do I have to re-install windows? Please help. Thanks. | Guest

| Try using System Restore to take you back to a time prior to when this began.
