CAN'T CLEAR ADDRESS BAR

Used internet tools, cleared forms, cleared auto
complete, cleared history, used several "cleaning"
downloads, but still getting all the old URLs and
websites in my address bar. Any other ideas?

and junk files from your computer. It allows you to delete Cookies,
clear Internet Explorer Cache, delete index.dat Files, clear Typed URLs,
Windows Temp Folder and much more.
