Hi Mike,
You don't say what Operating System version your workstations are running,
but if it's WinXP SP1, you may be running into the Point and Print
Restrictions group policy setting. You can read more about it at
http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;319939 but basically
it restricts the servers that a Local User can point and print to by default
(by point and print, I mean connect to a shared printer on a print server).
Adding the print server name to this policy may fix your problem.
