can't get it to come on at sign in...

times now. It refuses to come on at signin, and the
program consistantly throws a "Program is not responding"
error. Also, it seems that Outlook Express is running 4.7
and it will not allow the 6.0 to start, it overrides it
every time.
If anyone can help me, please e-mail me at
rose@romanceatheart.com all i get from microsoft is the
company line, and that does me no good.
