cant get my music files to come up

or even my computer my entire screen goes blank and then
reappears and i cant get into my music i have all the
Microsoft updates and i have no virus no worms no spycams
no trojans all my temp files are deleted all my cokies
are deleted there is no reason my computer cant pull it
up i've even uninstalled uneeded programs i have over 30
gigs of room left but nobodt can get into thier files the
screen just go to the bacground picture and come back up
with out anything
