Can't Hear Streaming MIDI's on a Website

Posted: 06-26-2004, 02:49 AM
Can someone help?

My sound config is good, but when I try to listen to ringtones on a particular website, it won't play.
I have WMP9, Roxio AP, and QuickTime installed, none of these open up so I can hear the ringtones. Usually on other websites, when I click play, to hear something, Roxio or WXP9 usually opens so I can hear whatever.
On this one website, when I click play, a little box pops up with the name of the ringer. You can see the buttons for play, stop, etc... but I am unable to click on any of them. I even had QualComm P/R installed and that didn't work either.
I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, checking for latest updates, etc.., but nothing is working.
Thanks for any suggestions,
Jan
