Can't hear voice one way

I cannot hear voice on this computer, but voice is heard
on the receiving end. The recieving end tested ok on
sending and receiving voice with another computer, so I'm
sure that end isn't the problem. This computer tested ok
for full duplex sound card. I'm stumped. This computer is
using a Crystal FusionSound card; or maybe it's a
chipset, I'm not sure. Any suggestions would be greatly
appreciated.
