Can't install software

I posted a Message Below, this rersponse. I hope I am in the right
newsgroup now.

You should be reporting your beta issues to the appropriate newsgroups as
noted on the download page. Windows XP SP2 and the Tablet PC Edition 2005
are not fully supported here until release. Members of the beta team read
and assist in the preview newsgroups.
