cant login as a admin

im using vista on my laptop
cant login to Admin acc.unknow passwork and if i login under a user acc.
cant install any download/program (it says must login as admin

Find the Vista version of this, burn a DVD or CD, boot off of it, and use
the NTFS tools.

go to start>control panel and check if your account has the proper
credentials

in short go to computer management console and verify if your administrator
is activated or if your account was given administrator rights.
