Can't open hyperlinks

Running Vista RC1 with Office 2007 beta. Can't open hyperlinks in email or
other documents. Get message "This operation has been canceled due to
restrictions in effect on this computer." Can't find a setting in Local
Security Policy or elsewhere for this. Didn't have this problem with Vista
Beta 2 and Office 2007.
