Can't ping loopback or local IP, any other ping okay on local subnet!

Found problem - Norton Internet Security SW firewall.

Uncheck internet firewall setting and there is another
one right in that area to uncheck also but cant remmember
what it was. I had the same propblem on an XP Pro here.
