Can't preview and capture video

I connected my JVC GR-D33U (mini-DV camacorder) to a media center PC through
a IEEE1394. The hareware side works fine, my PC can control my camacorder.
During the playback, I only see the video on my camacorder screen, the
preview window on PC was black and I can't capture any video. This camacorder
specify compatiable with Window XP prefessional and Home, and it works fine
with my other computer which has a prefeesional on it. Couldn't get any help
from JVC support. I have notice several posts have the similar problem but
none of them give me a satisfy answer. Can anybody figure out what might be
the problem?

Ps. the driver for the video care is the most update.
