Can't see aero in the color schemes

My laptop is an HP/Compaq 9420 dual core with 2GB and ATI x1600 video (256MB
and pixel shader 3). Running Vista RC1 with latest ATI drivers.

When I go to "Appearance Settings", Aero is not an available color scheme.
How do I add the Aero color scheme?
