| Greeting, I'm having problem signin my MSN Messenger. My account and password are all correct, as I can signin MSN Explorer and Hotmail. I'm running XP using MSN-M 6. There is a firewall/proxy in the LAN infrastructure here. I can signin Yahoo Messenger, but why not MSN-M? As another note, the proxy explicitly deny any surfing to URL contains "chat", so I can't browse chat.msn.com. Could it be the MSN-M is using a specific URL contain chat at connectivity, which cause my sign-in problem? If that so, can I use the IP addr in my lmhost as a workaround? | Guest

| No good. I still unable to signin. Is there a trace/log to show the login process of MSN Messenger/Windows Messenger? Jens Müller <jens_0.no@spam.hotmail.com> wrote in message news:<#eYkQ1LQDHA.304@tk2msftngp13.phx.gbl>... Quote:
