CANT STAY CONNECTED TO THE ZONE

Please help me if you can. I have been having extreme
problems staying connected to the zone. I can sign in
and within 8 minutes get disconnected with the message:
Your connection to the zone has been terminated. Usually
this causes a room boot, I get back in room and get
booted almost immediately, after about 8-10 trys I cant
even get back in room. I have tried everything anyone
has suggested including: delete cookies & temp files,
uninstall & reinstall zone, check firewall, check for
virus, check routers, check ping, get patch, etc.
nothing has helped. I have comcast cable. I can connect
to any other site i want on internet except for my
favorite: msn game zone Any suggestions for how to
solve this problem would be greatly appreciated. Keep in
mind i am not a tech so please spell it out completely.
