Can't use Firefox

Hi all,

I just bought an HP laptop. I installed Firefox using admin privilege. I
switched back to regular user but Firebox wouldn't connect to the web. I use
IE, and it works. I suspect there must be some setting that only allows IE
to connect to the web and not other browsers. Is this true? Is there a fix?

Check Firewall settings. Did you hit "Deny" when Vi$Ta prompted you
whether to let Firefox use some TCP ports?

Right-click on Firefox>run as Admin from your user account.

also make sure Windows Defender is not blocking firefox too
