Can't view received faxes

I'm not sure if this is the correct NG for this question...

I'm running XP and FaxConsole v5.1. I can send and receive faxes just fine,
but when I select a fax in the Inbox and try to "View" it, nothing happens.
(no error, no hang, etc..)

I have to open my Graphics editior program and open the tif file that way.

I have fxclnt.exe designated as the app for TIF files

Any suggestions as to why this is happening? Thanks for any help in
advance.
