Can't view Windows Explorer

Hey. All I did was put in a DVD-RW disc, watched the video I ha
recorded from the TV and took it out. Now Windows Explorer wont work an
my computer is running incredibly slow. Can you help or sugges
somewhere I could look for help? I've looked around a bit but stil
can't find an answer to this
