Caught in loop

try to log in. (After I hit enter with my password, the screen comes back
blank.) I am using a home version, Big Fish Games Help Desk sent me a list of
things to do which were geared for Windows XP,but I tried them anyway. I have
deleted cookies, cleared the Internet Temporary folder, set the security
level lower, all to no avail.
Anyone have a solution?
