CD Can Not Play in another CD Device.

I have burnt Cd's before hand and it worked fine, and both of my cd drives
seemed to be able to burn , I think I can not remeber 100% for sure. However
now only the bottom cd drive burns and when I do burn It makes the cd,
however it can not play on a CD player, before it could. I have no clue what
I did but the only thing I did recently was get a new codec, update to WMP
10, get a amc codec, downloaded div X. Also I tried Nero and WMP and they
both had the same problem, if i try to fastfoward the cd to the next
track...it skips the end of the first song and moves back to the middle of it.

Oddly enought however, the cd's work on my PS2...I been reading all the posts
and find a few that seem close, but it makes no sence to me why me burning
the cd's just fine before suddenly got harder.
