CD database and album artwork

hi
could anyone let me know if there is a program available
for pc similar to the program 'Fetch Art' for mac?
I am using CATraxx and want an easy way to get the album
artworks, rather than trawelling through the web.
Alternatively can anyone suggest a program that will do
roughly the following;

1. Automatically upon disc insertion query cddb (or
similar) for Album info
2. Automatically download the relevant cover artworks for
albums
3. Present me with a complete list of all my albums, and
on clicking on the album, a window pops up with the track
listing.

Any help would be much appreciated as i have over 500 cds
to catalogue.
