CD-ROM /DVD Eject

Default CD-ROM /DVD Eject
I would like to find a CD-ROM driver to use with XP that
would allow the CD-ROM Eject button to be
disabled/enabled preferably from the keyboard.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
