CD RW problems

I've recently installed cd-rw.Computer keeps crashing.One
of various stop msgs reads - ***STOP:0x00000050
(0x804DIEE8,0x0000000C,0x8059B060,0x00000000)
Then it begins dumping physical memory to disk.
Any help would be appreciated.
