Default Change location of Users folder

I would like to be able to place the Users folder on a different partition to
the Windows installation partition (i.e. Windows on C: and Users on D is
this possible and how can you instruct setup to do this during setup?

I don't recommend it since you would be affecting other accounts on the
computer and how applications are installed and operate. I would preferrably
change the target location of the Documents folder.

Thanks but I mean move it at installation time (i.e. for all users before
profiles or accounts are created), meaning default location for profiles is
say D:\Users from the start not moving it later after Windows has been
installed and used.
