change user/log off windows XP

After sorting all my problems with blaster worm etc i have
probably uncheced a box i should not have. When i press
the start menu I no longer get the option to log off or
change user, so the only way my son or wife can access
their settings is to shut down and select themselves as
users in the welcome screen on the restart.
