Changing drive letters, help!

I have on c:\ IDE harddisk and on D:\ and E:\ SATA harddisk. Vista have been
installed on D:\, though I want it to be on C:\ and SATA,
in others word:

C and D on SATA and E og IDE harddisk....

using disk management didn't help me...
