changing office icons

Hello,

I've been on an icon-revamping mission for the last couple of days...
all was going well until I tried to change the Word and Entourage
icons in my dock. I cannot get them to change. I know about pasting
onto the image in the 'get info.' box but this technique is not
working for these office icons. Any help would be much appreciated.

Also, I would like to change the Word 'document' icon. I can change 1
but want to change them all: all existing and all new. This must be
possible?! I have LiteIcon but it doesn't seem to have anything that
would apply a change to the word 'document' icon.

I am using Office 2004 with Mac OS 10.4.10
