MusicMatch Jukebox will do it, as will the great freeware ripper CDex.
Here's another option: http://www.hitsquad.com/smm/programs/MP32WAV/ which I
have personally not used.

I love CDex for the purpose stated in the above message. It is quick and
easy to use.

changing sound formats

there are a lot of programs that will convert mp3 files
to .wave format but many of them are on a trial version
and after that they try and get money from you. i would
go with cdex. its free and very easy and quick to use
