Cisco 350 WLAN Series loosing connection

Hi,

we have a problem with a cisco 350 WLAN-Card. After a short time (about
10 to 15 minutes), the connection to the network shortly gets lost. No
ping is possible anymore. But then after a few secondes it gets back
connected. This problem occours with all the mashines running xpe. With
a normal notebook everything works fine, so that this shouldn't be an
external problem. The newest drivers are installed. The WLAN-Card is
located in a PC/104 (ISA) PCMCIA-Adapter.

Any hints?
