"Class Not Registered"

Posted: 07-08-2003, 05:25 AM
I have composed a playlist using music from a P2P software
(Kazaa) and occaisonally a Red Exclaimation mark (!)
appears next to each song and after an exclaimation mark
appears next to every song a dialouge box appears
saying "Class Not Registered" and whenever that box
appears and I try and put in a music CD I bought the
same "class not registered" box appears.

Its probably caused by the setup file not properly installing the software
and registering the dll and or ocx libraries.

Do a thorough uninstall of Kazaa (including the registry) run Adaware to get
rid of the any remaining spyware and then install Kazaa Lite which is free
of spyware.

http://www.lavasoftusa.com/ for AdAware

http://www.kazaalite.tk/ for Kazaa Lite

Cheers,

Jerry
