clean disk & defrag

Is there a suggested schedule to do clean disk & defrag on
networked PC's and the server?

No. Run the tools from time to time to find out what is a good
schedule. For Defrag: I run it manually once a week, but I do not have
to defrag all of the partitions weekly. For most, the Defragger says
that it is no necessary.
