Code 10

Posted: 10-08-2003, 06:48 PM
When trying to use a Maxtor ATA133 120GB harddrive in a
USB 2.0 harddrive shell. The drive is recogized in the
Windows XP sp1 Device Manager window. But has a Code 10
message indicating that the device could not be stated.
I've tried Master/Slave/CableSelect Jumper settings and
uninstalling and reinstalling but to no avail. Any ideas.
