Default Code 10 Network adapters

I have been having problems connecting to my new N series Linksys router. In
device manger it shows a code 10 under
isatap.(225ad119-1b93-4e75-9e8c-d1896c4cac43). Is this what's interfering
with my router? How do I fix the problem? I am running Vista home pro on a
Dell E1505 laptop with an Intel 4965agnwireless card.
