Since the sender's E-mail address had a domain of chameleon-czech.cz,
it's almost certainly not Chinese, but Czech.

Could be; I admit I am guessing. I don't know what encoding to use for
Czech. I did try Chinese and I did get symbols that looked valid.

The headers have:
NNTP-Posting-Host: 194.147.14.218.broad.jm.gd.dynamic.163data.com.cn
218.14.147.194
And cn is China. I don't know how indicative that is.
