We have recently started migrating everyone in the company
to Windows XP and Office 2002 from Windows 95/98 and
Office 97. Ever since the upgrade, we have had trouble
with printers not collating print jobs. This problem only
seems to be happening in Microsoft Word. The printer
driver seems to have nothing to do with it, as we have
tried almost any kind of printer, from Tektronix to HP
Laserjets. I have been unable to find resolution to this
problem, and am starting to wonder if this problem is
simply a setting in the registry. Any help will be
greatly appreciated.
