Is there anything that will help people that are color blind?

Not sure if this will help but have you tried the High Contrast mode? To
Set High Contrast you need to have the accessibility options enabled or
installed. You can go to control panel --> Accessibility Options -->
Display and then mark the checkbox for High Contrast.
