COM SURROGATE PROBLEM

When i turn my pc on i get a "com surrogate has stoped working" window. How
can i fix that?

Hi, Haywire.

I've never heard of that "com surrogate" problem, but Google gets 68 hits
when I copy'n'paste your quoted phrase and search for that. (It corrects
the paste to "stopped" working; clicking on that gets 912 hits.)
