Command line printer sharing

Posted: 06-11-2004, 12:16 AM
I have a pos application that prints to a shared docket
printer. Even though the printer is local to the computer
the software still wants it to be shared. This is no
problem and it works great until you reboot. Once you go
back in again, the software cannot print dockets unless
you manually unshare the printer and then reshare it
again. The share does still exist because you can print
to the share from any other app, but the pos software does
not believe it.

How do I un share and then re share from the command
line. I would like to do something like a batch file in
the startup as a work around for the problem

Thanks

Dave
