Hello Devon,
Can you try hitting Shift-F10 keys?
This should open a CMD prompt.
Can you capture the setupact.log file?
It may be in the $windows.~bt\panther folder or in the \windows\panther
folder
Depends on where in setup it was.
Compress it and send to me. ( remove online from the address)
How much data was on the drive?
How big was the drive?
How much free space on the drive?
How many applications were on the drive?
All these things can affect an upgrade.

I know it will sounds silly but mybest advise to you is to back up your data
write down the apps you need and do a clean install then reload your apps.
It will save you time in the long run. My upgrade, which i only did as a
test took over 4.5 hours A clean install is about 30-40 on my machine. I
could have rebuild in less time than the upgrade.
