You need to re-configure the options for the action that will take place
when a fatal error is encountered. This will allow the error message to be
displayed instead of the system simply restarting. Go to Control
Panel/System/Advanced tab/Startup and Recovery section/Settings button.
Remove the check mark from the "Automatically restart" option and place a
check mark in the "Write an event to the system log" option.
Go to Start/Run, type: eventvwr.msc and press OK. In the Event Viewer,
check for any red X error messages that correspond with the problems
appearing in the browser. Double click the error to see the details and the
module that is causing the fault.
