| i just tried createing a 2nd admin acount it has the same problem. all EXE's made before this started seem to be off limits to administrator accounts, the start up programs won't start and neither with the sound service for some reason, it even says i don't have the privliges to use the shutdown command. it started when i used the reset button after windows media player got locked loading a divx file and wouldn't "end process" -- mbeeston | Guest
