| Looking for help With Toshiba 1800 , running WINXP pro I can't configure standard modem to go to proper COM ( 9 pin serial) as winxp does not give me option to pick any COM ports. Standard modem automaticly configures it to COM1 if I like it or not. Any help would be greatly appriciated Thanks Z | Guest

| Run the Add Hardware Wizard once you have the modem connected to the computer. It should find the modem on the proper COM port.
