At 6:15 pm PDST, I can't get to the Connect site, says "MS Passport Network
is unavailable".

Rather, I can get to the front page of the Connect site, but can't go beyond
it to pick up my product keys.

This is not the correct group to report this issue, try posting in the
private newsgroups if you are Vista/Longhorn tester or report the issue to
mchelp@microsoft.com
