| I have taken my laptop, HP dv9000, to several locations and I find that I can connect to the local LAN but I cant connect to the internet. I have tried to diagnose and repair but every option I try does not work. I cant even download updates for Vista or drivers. Please advise. If there is anything I can do outside the internet I can do it easily. I even tried restoring the computer to factory condition bu that didnt work. Please advise. | Guest
