connection + activation

I have a speed touch 330 modem I have tried everything I can think of to get
it to work, but nothing... I have installed the xp 64 drivers and under the
device manager it says it is working But I cannot connect. I believe it is
set up right, can some one help me please my activation time is running
out... detailed setups would be good...
