Connections wizard password problem

Have no problem connecting to Aol through AOL software BUT
the Connections comes up bad user name/password. Not
suprising the saved password has too many characters.
Unsaved it. Deleted it. Went through Connections Wiz from
beginning. No joy.

Sure the fix is simple but what is it?

Can anyone out there help me? Linda
