Console?

I wonder if Vista has a console I can boot into, so I can remove m
existing AMD drivers, and force Vista to install its own generi
drivers. I think I am experiencing the problems with my procceso
because of the AMD drivers that were installed in XP. When I try t
remove them in Vista, I am told, this program can not run on this OS.
So I cant remove it, and I cant replace them in Vista. It is als
showing on the System Performance Degredation report
