control.exe and CompMgmtLauncher.exe 100% CPU utilization

I've seen this since RC2, but have waited patiently. Just installed Vista RTM.

If I run the Control Panel from the Start Orb, the control panel never
appears and I see control.exe hanging out at 100% CPU (actually 50% CPU on my
Centrino Duo Core, but you know what I mean).

I see the same behavior if I right-click Computer from the Start Orb and
select Manage..., with CompMgmtLauncher.exe hanging out at 100% CPU.

I can access the control panel no problem via Explorer.

Any ideas?

I am running as a Limited User, and in both cases
