controllers

I have a nyko airflow gampad I'm trying to play madden 2004 on its settings is no controllers detected, but on my game controller panel in control panel it appears and its calibrated. any help would be appreciate

I couldn't find any information about your controller at the EA Support site,
however I did find a page with instructions for Gravis Controllers (long URL):

Does your controller work with your other games? If so, this is an issue that
EA Support may be able to assist you with, assuming that they're able to support
use of that make and model controller in their Madden 2004 game.
