| You need to install the correct codecs for the AVI file. To find out exactly which codec the AVI file is encoded with, download and install G-Spot codec identifier: http://www.headbands.com/gspot/ Once you know which codec you need, then visit the relevant website to download and install it. Try to avoid codec 'packs', they often install far too much.
